Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation and payment verification.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During promotional periods, sales events, or peak seasons, order processing times may be slightly longer.

  • Home Sajawat currently delivers across Pakistan.
  • For international shipping inquiries, please contact our customer support team before placing an order.

Estimated Delivery: 8 to 10 business days

Other Cities & Remote Areas
Estimated Delivery: 10–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package size and weight
  • Delivery location
  • Promotional offers

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before completing your order.

Free Shipping

Home Sajawat may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or order values. Such offers are subject to change without prior notice.

We do not provide tracking information at this time.

Delivery Requirements

To ensure successful delivery:

  • Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address.
  • Include a valid contact number.
  • Ensure someone is available to receive the package at the delivery location.

Home Sajawat is not responsible for delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete customer information.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Courier service disruptions
  • High order volumes
  • Remote delivery locations

We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the product and an opening (unboxing) video
  • Photographs of the packaging (if applicable)

After review, we will arrange a replacement or other appropriate resolution according to our Return & Exchange Policy.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Customer unavailability
  • Incorrect address
  • Refusal to accept the shipment

additional delivery charges may apply for re-shipment. Home Sajawat reserves the right to cancel orders that cannot be delivered after multiple attempts, and additional service charges may be deducted for returns.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available on selected products and locations within Lahore, and in certain cases may require an advance of 10% to 20%, which is non-refundable.

Certain customized, oversized, fragile, or special-order items may require full advance payment and may not qualify for COD.
